Data Operations and Stewardship Role

Astellas Europe is seeking a skilled Data Operations and Stewardship Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Data Strategy team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, integrity, and accessibility of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain data management and data lifecycle processes.
  • Support the development of business cases, articulating customer gains, pains, and journey definitions.
  • Work closely with Data Product Owners to ensure data is trusted, easy-to-understand, and of high quality.
  • Develop and maintain data governance, data security, and compliance regulations.
  • Utilize data lineage and metadata management tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Relevant data experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on commercial data domain.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of data governance, data security, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and/or R, with expertise in data lineage and metadata management tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and design thinking.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
