**Demand Planning Specialist**

Reed is seeking a skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain function, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective demand planning and supply chain management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using current forecasting and supply chain principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and consensus.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong supply planning experience with a focus on demand planning.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.
  • SAP, ERP/MRP user knowledge.
  • Ability to work assertively and logically to solve problems.
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills.
  • Fluent English language skills (verbal and written).
