Key Responsibilities

  • Assist seasoned sales professionals by generating quotes and sourcing specific products, facilitating a seamless sales operation.
  • Manage the workflow of sales support functions directed towards assigned sales personnel.
  • Input orders into the internal system accurately.
  • Gather pricing information for product inquiries from the sales department.
  • Address general customer inquiries while coordinating with customer service and finance teams.
  • Exhibit strong customer service capabilities.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
