Job Summary:

The Boeing Company is currently hiring for a Part-Time (15hrs) Front of House position to support its business in the UK. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to visitors, employees, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and signing in guests
  • Managing the switchboard and answering incoming calls
  • Providing information and assistance to visitors and employees
  • Coordinating and supporting meetings and events
  • Managing local badging activations
  • Collecting and sorting local mail
  • Managing local conference/meeting rooms
  • Managing and booking local hotdesks/hot offices/spare offices
  • Setting up and shutting down local coffee machines
  • Managing local catering orders
  • Capturing and recording data
  • Coordinating and supporting in the set-up of local meetings
  • Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of kitchen areas
  • Managing and executing local delivery services
  • Managing replenishment of local stock items
  • Completing stationery orders
  • Supporting local parking arrangements/bookings
  • Supporting the site focal in other locally required duties

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with coordinating multiple requests simultaneously
  • Great attention to detail

Additional Information:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.

The successful candidate will be expected to undergo and obtain BPSS clearance.
