Job Title: Front of House Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front of House Representative to join our team at Boeing. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our visitors, employees, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, including answering the main door, welcoming guests, and signing them in.
- Act as an initial point of reference for visitors and employees, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Manage the switchboard and answer incoming calls, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Coordinate local meetings, including setting up and shutting down conference rooms, and providing refreshments as required.
- Manage local stock items, including kitchen sundries, water, and other essential supplies.
- Support the site focal in other locally required duties, including reporting facility-related issues and providing administrative assistance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the front of house area.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment.
