Front of House Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front of House Representative to join our team at Boeing in Bristol, UK. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our visitors, employees, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, including answering the main door, welcoming guests, and signing them in.
- Act as an initial point of reference for visitors and employees, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Manage the switchboard, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the relevant person or department.
- Coordinate and support the set-up of local meetings, including provision and removal of refreshments, supporting IT technicians, and room re-organisation.
- Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of kitchen areas and manage local catering orders.
- Manage local delivery services, replenish stock items, and complete stationery orders.
- Support local parking arrangements and bookings, including EV points.
- Perform other locally required duties as needed, including reporting facility-related issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
