Job Title: Front of House Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front of House Representative to join our team at Boeing. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our visitors, employees, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, including answering the main door, welcoming guests, and signing them in.
- Act as an initial point of reference for visitors and employees, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Manage the switchboard and answer incoming calls, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Coordinate and support the setup of local meetings, including provision and removal of refreshments, supporting IT technicians, and room re-organisation.
- Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of kitchen areas, manage local catering orders, and replenish stock items as needed.
- Support local parking arrangements, book EV points, and assist with other locally required duties.
- Collaborate with the site focal to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and address any facility-related issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable with coordinating multiple requests simultaneously and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Great attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
