Position Overview

The Adults Client Finance team operates as a centralized unit within the Resources Directorate, providing essential support to the Adult Services Directorate.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive financial assessments for adults receiving care services.
- Managing a substantial caseload of debt cases, assessing appropriate actions and ensuring follow-through to resolution.
- Acting as an appointee through the Department of Work and Pensions and as a deputy through the Court of Protection for clients unable to manage their financial matters.
- Continuously reviewing, developing, and implementing financial systems, policies, and procedures.
- Integrating Directorate and Business performance data into financial reporting.
