Job Title: Ethics and Internal Justice Assistant

The World Bank Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative assistant to support the Ethics and Internal Justice Services Vice Presidency. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Manager of Peer Review Services and other team members, ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide project-related support to the unit and the Vice Presidency.
  • Manage calendars, organize meetings, prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Respond to and handle a wide range of inquiries, prioritizing and making appropriate decisions.
  • Communicate information to relevant staff inside and outside the immediate work unit.
  • Handle administrative and logistic arrangements for conferences, workshops, and retreats.
  • Process travel requests, monitor Time Recording System, and manage Leave and Attendance Record.
  • Serve as P-card holder for VPU-related expenses and ensure proper accounting and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with Core Services on Purchase Orders and staffing contracts.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma with 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High degree of flexibility and ability to handle multiple concurrent activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and respond to diverse situations with good judgment and discretion.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and inspire trust.
