Graduate Teaching Assistant – Secondary

Job Summary: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to provide support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality lessons.
  • Assist in planning and preparing resources for lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who need additional help.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Assist with marking and providing feedback on students' work.
  • Contribute to the development of student's academic and social skills.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in a relevant subject.
  • A passion for education and supporting young people.
  • Strong communication and interactive skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced educational setting.
