Digital Printing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digicon Operator to join our team at Reflex Labels in Grimsby. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating finishing equipment to produce high-quality labels in compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Operate finishing equipment to produce finished labels in accordance with company operating procedures.
- Ensure maximum output while maintaining quality, adhering to machinery limitations, and prioritizing health and safety.
- Adopt a proactive approach to reduce changeover times, optimize press utilization, and coordinate with colleagues to maximize run time.
- Proactively manage presses to achieve exceptional quality levels, ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date and traceable.
- Minimize material waste and optimize ink usage.
- Ensure the machine is left in a safe condition for the next shift and communicate any issues clearly.
- Collaborate with all company systems, including health and safety, quality management, and accreditation processes.
