Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Negligence Paralegal/Litigation Executive to join our expanding Medical Negligence team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Top 100 national law firm based in Liverpool, with a strong reputation for excellence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full range of Clinical Negligence claims, including birth injuries, cosmetic surgery claims, orthopaedic injuries, misdiagnosis/delay in cancer, cerebral palsy, amputations, fatal negligence, neonatal and obstetrics & gynaecology.
  • Work closely with the Medical Negligence team to develop and implement effective strategies for managing claims.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential claims and develop strong cases.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Experience working within Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
