Position Overview
This role presents an excellent opportunity to work with a leading UK law firm that specializes in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.
As the firm continues to grow, it is looking to recruit a Paralegal to collaborate with its established MOJ Portal team.
The ideal candidate will possess experience with the MOJ Portal and is eager for a genuine pathway to advancement within a reputable law firm. Last year, the firm provided 28 training opportunities, making it an ideal environment for those aspiring to qualify as solicitors. Candidates with pre-litigation or litigation experience, who are seeking a more focused role, are also encouraged to apply.
You will be expected to work independently with meticulous attention to detail while also contributing to the team. Your responsibilities will include managing admitted liability cases with the aim of achieving settlement on quantum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of MOJ claims from initiation to resolution
- Handling Stages 1, 2, and 3 of the MOJ Portal
- Overseeing a caseload valued up to £25,000
- Issuing legal proceedings
- Evaluating Medical Evidence
- Assessing Claimant's Losses and Vehicle-Related Losses, including Credit Hire
- Submitting Stage 2 settlement packs through the MOJ portal
- Negotiating settlements with third-party insurers
