About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced RTA Paralegal to join our dedicated team at G2 Legal Limited. As an RTA Paralegal, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of pre-litigated Personal Injury claims involving allegations of Low Velocity Impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling pre-litigated PI claims involving allegations of Low Velocity Impact
- Acting alongside the senior team on litigated claims of greater complexity
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to manage claims
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- At least 12 months experience in RTA/Personal Injury
- Relevant experience of RTA claims, ideally involving allegations of Fraud/LVI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary and extensive benefits package, including full hybrid access and a number of sites across Merseyside. Salary will be commensurate with experience, guideline up to £25,000.
