About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team at a Top 100 Law Firm in Liverpool.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading UK law firm specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.

The firm is recognised for its outstanding client care and high-quality work. Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Complex Injury team, we are looking for a skilled Paralegal to assist senior Solicitors / Partners with their busy litigated caseloads mainly cycling claims.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using Proclaim and previous exposure to Personal Injury litigation. Cycling knowledge is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Solicitors / Partners on a varied Personal Injury caseload (pre and post issue)
  • Review Medical Records and draft Chronologies
  • Review Medical Evidence
  • Investigate Special Damages/Financial losses
  • Negotiate settlement with third-party insurers
  • Note taking in conference
  • Prepare Court bundles
