Job SummaryWe're seeking Wellbeing Support Workers to join our team in Headington, Oxford. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals to live their best lives at home. You'll provide assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and companionship, helping our clients to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Assist with daily tasks, such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Support individuals with medication management and transportation
- Engage in activities that promote social interaction and companionship
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless support and care
- A competitive hourly rate of £14 for time spent supporting individuals in their homes and £12 for other hours
- Opportunities for training and development, including NVQ qualifications
- A supportive and collaborative team environment
- Flexible working arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and flexible hours
- A chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients
- Ability to work in Headington, Oxford, and commute between visits on a bike (up to 15 minutes)
- No prior care experience necessary - full training provided
- Compassion, respect, and a desire to support individuals in their community
- Availability to work alternate weekends and weekdays
