Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational HR support to site-based HR colleagues, ensuring they have the necessary expertise and skills to manage their stakeholders effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategic people initiatives aligned with our growth plans, focusing on providing great customer and colleague experiences.
  • Manage employee relations by coaching line managers, using data to identify trends, and implementing measures to address them.
  • Oversee the HR Admin in submitting weekly payroll and support performance management and team development through continuous performance practices.
  • Actively manage colleague retention and absence, analyzing data to reduce attrition.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to positively influence while building strong working relationships with site management teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic people initiatives, focusing on engagement, absence management, ER matters, coaching, development, and recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
