Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Cherry Professional. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in delivering first-class employee experience and supporting the growth and development of our organisation.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to our leadership team and employees. You will work closely with our Talent and Learning and Development teams to build high-performing teams, develop succession plans, and ensure that our employees have everything they need for their personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to our leadership team and employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with our organisational values and mission
  • Work closely with our Talent and Learning and Development teams to build high-performing teams and develop succession plans
  • Ensure that our employees have everything they need for their personal development and growth
  • Manage employee relations, including case management, investigations, and data insights
  • Develop and lead on Employee Experience ambitions, providing forward-thinking and responsive Business Partnering services across the Trust
Requirements:

We are looking for an exceptional HR professional with a passion for delivering first-rate People Business Partnering Services. You will have experience working in a HR role within Education and the ability to navigate and build relationships with Unions. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
