HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Cherry Professional. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in developing and leading on Employee Experience ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide forward-thinking, responsive Business Partnering services across the trust.
- Develop and lead on Employee Experience initiatives, ensuring a first-class employee experience.
- Work closely with Talent and Learning and Development to build high-performing teams.
- Input into succession plans and ensure employees have everything they need for personal development.
- Manage employee relations, including case management, investigations, data insights, and analytics.
- Lead the development and application of People (HR) policies aligned to the trust's mission and values.
- Use people data and insights to inform evidence-based decision-making and action.
- Proactively lead on strategic areas, including employee relations, pay and reward, and health and wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a HR role within Education, with a strong track record of employee relations case management.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to support principals of each school with their strategy and challenges.
- Ability to navigate and build relationships with Unions.
- Passion for delivering first-rate People Business Partnering Services.
