About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Lead to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial model and reporting to make strategic recommendations to increase digital sales and on-site experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Model Development
- Develop and implement a commercial model that drives digital sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
- Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on digital sales and revenue performance
- Identify trends and areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization
- Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Communicate effectively and provide regular updates on digital trading performance and initiatives
- Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of trading managers and analysts
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
Requirements
- Leadership and Management
- Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of driving results and improving performance
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best
- Commercial Acumen
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of digital trading and e-commerce principles
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
