Digital Trading Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales through commercial strategic planning, initiative building, and operationalisation of our digital fascias.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day trading and execution of multiple websites
- Develop and execute campaign, brand, and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Collaborate with digital marketing, commercial, and optimisation teams to improve conversion rates and sales KPIs
- Lead the delivery and reporting of all on-site promotions and content activity
- Define and manage forward-looking trading strategies, considering design and functionality improvements, and contributing to product development and UX roadmaps
- Valid working rights for the UK
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user
- Experience working within e-commerce platforms and driving both day-to-day improvements and larger strategic projects
- Experience in team management and development, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Independent, self-motivated, and proactive individual with a passion for digital trading
