Digital Trading Lead - EMEA

As a Digital Trading Lead, you'll be responsible for driving digital sales and revenue growth across our EMEA region. You'll work closely with our Group Head of Digital Trading to develop and execute a digital strategy that aligns with our commercial objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a digital trading strategy that drives revenue growth and improves customer experience
  • Leading a team of Trading Managers to achieve digital sales targets and improve trading performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to capture customer and market insights and feedback
  • Analyzing data to inform and support growth using analytical tools
  • Presenting ideas and analysis to wider teams to align business processes and projects


Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute a digital trading strategy that drives revenue growth and improves customer experience
  • Experience working in e-commerce platforms and analytical tools
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar eCommerce role in a retail or consumer brand
