Digital Trading Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute a strong digital trading strategy
• Manage and lead a trading team to drive digital sales through commercial strategic planning, initiative building, and operationalisation of digital fascias
• Develop and execute campaign, brand, and promotional strategies, collaborating with digital marketing, commercial, and optimisation teams to drive initiatives and actions to improve conversion rates and other sales and customer KPIs

Requirements

• Valid working rights for the UK
• Analytical with strong reporting skills, advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user
• Experience working within e-commerce platforms
• Experience driving both day-to-day improvements and larger strategic projects that contribute to sales growth
• Experience in team management and development
• Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brand
