About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Lead to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales growth and developing strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital trading strategies to drive sales growth and revenue increase
  • Manage and optimize digital trading performance, including forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital trading strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform digital trading decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital trading or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce principles
