Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled End User Experience Specialist to join our team and help us drive business transformation initiatives. As an End User Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering IT user experience journeys that empower end users to fully leverage and maximize technology to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deploy IT User Experience Journeys

Responsible for developing and deploying seamless IT user experience journeys throughout EMEA, ensuring that all end users and consumers of our services are empowered with the knowledge and capability to fully leverage and maximize technology to drive business results.

Identify and Implement Key Competencies

Identify and implement key competencies for enhancing and upskilling organizational technical capability and productivity, ensuring that all end users and consumers of our services are empowered with the knowledge and capability to fully leverage and maximize technology to drive business results.

Lead Key Projects and Initiatives

Lead key projects and initiatives to continually develop and enhance our best-in-class IT user experience and upskilling initiatives, ensuring that all end users and consumers of our services are empowered with the knowledge and capability to fully leverage and maximize technology to drive business results.

Ability to Understand Complex Technical Needs

Ability to fully understand complex technical needs and implement processes and material to drive and embrace user-centered technology needs and goals across EMEA, catering for multiple languages.

Create Champions in Departments

Create champions in departments that can help drive and shape the user experience going forward, maximizing the full potential of systems and tools.

Work with External Vendors and Internal L&D Teams

Work with external vendors and internal Learning and Development (L&D) teams to leverage available tools and resources to create and deliver focused programs to empower end users.

Embed End-to-End Training

Embed end-to-end training that ensures all consumers of technology are fully adopting and leveraging relevant tools to upskill and increase overall organizational technological capability.

Coordinate UAT and BAU Handover

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business As Usual (BAU) handover to ensure that the most efficient and effective ways of working are deployed, taking in feedback to ensure solutions are user-focused.

Tailor and Improve the IT Onboarding Experience

Tailor and improve the IT onboarding experience to create a succinct program for both office and remote employees.

Ongoing Development of Intranet

Ongoing development of the intranet to host training material, announcements/updates on new features, and ensuring relevant knowledge bases (KBs) are kept up to date.

Work with BPOs to Develop Best-in-Class Training Content

Work with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams to develop best-in-class, tailored training content for business-related systems and processes.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 2 Years' Experience in Similar Field

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar field, with demonstrable knowledge and experience in recognizing and increasing end-user technical capability.

Demonstrable Knowledge and Experience in Recognizing and Increasing End-User Technical Capability

Demonstrable knowledge and experience in recognizing and increasing end-user technical capability, with a broad knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and core mainstream enterprise applications.

Broad Knowledge of LMS Systems and Core Mainstream Enterprise Applications

Broad knowledge of LMS systems and core mainstream enterprise applications, with a willingness to learn and implement new systems and processes.

Proven Understanding of End-User Technical Adoption and Associated Challenges

Proven understanding of end-user technical adoption and associated challenges, with previous exposure working alongside internal L&D teams to deliver user experience training and upskilling end users.

Proficient in Creating Technical Training Material

Proficient in creating technical training material across multiple business disciplines, with the ability to recognize patterns and trends that draw key conclusions to continuously improve training and upskilling penetration.

Ability to Recognize Patterns and Trends

Ability to recognize patterns and trends that draw key conclusions to continuously improve training and upskilling penetration, with the capability to predict challenges associated with change and seek to proactively mitigate obstacles and technical problems.

Strong Collaboration and Communication Skills

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and gain the support of others while managing expectations.
