We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering IT User Experience Journey, end to end.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy seamless IT end user journeys throughout EMEA.
- Lead key projects and initiatives to continually develop and enhance our best-in-class IT UX and upskilling initiatives.
- Collaborate with various teams and functions to review, identify, and continuously develop and deliver WI/SOP/LMS training material.
- Embed end-to-end training that ensures all consumers of technology are fully adopting and leveraging relevant tools to upskill and increase overall organisational technological capability.
- Coordinate UAT to ensure the most efficient and effective ways of working are deployed, taking in feedback to ensure solutions are user-focused.
- Coordinate BAU handover and associated training material is available, understood, and adopted.
- Tailor and improve the IT Onboarding experience to create a succinct programme for both Office and Remote employees.
- Develop best-in-class, tailored training content for business-related systems and processes.
- Previous exposure working alongside internal L&D teams to deliver UX training and upskilling end users.
- Proficient in creating technical training material across multiple business disciplines.
- Ability to recognise patterns and trends that draw key conclusions to continuously improve training and upskilling penetration.
- A self-starter who's able to create areas of opportunity and engagement, showing forward thinking to gauge new areas of expansion that can benefit EMEA end users.
