Job Summary

Virtus Talent is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Financial Services sector. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying potential candidates, guiding them through the interview process, and developing professional relationships with businesses and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approach and source potential candidates to qualify them for the next stage of the recruitment process.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident.
  • Develop professional relationships with businesses and clients, identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.
  • Work autonomously on projects, with mentorship from Directors and Seniors.
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2:1 degree or 1 year's sales experience.
  • Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly in their careers.
  • Financially and success-driven individuals who are motivated by results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Natural sales ability, with experience in B2B or telesales an advantage.
  • Resilient, hardworking, and persuasive individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
