Trainee Recruitment Specialist - The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Specialist. As a Trainee Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing business relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Negotiating fees and contracts with clients
  • Managing client accounts and building long-term relationships
