We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, supporting team members, and driving organisational success.

Job Summary

The HR Generalist will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure a smooth transition into the organisation, providing an exceptional new starter onboarding experience. This role will also involve working with key internal stakeholders on identifying and implementing hires into the growing team, reviewing applications from live recruitment processes, and supporting the implementation of training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to identify and implement hires into the growing team.
  • Assist with payroll duties and work with the finance manager.
  • Review applications from live recruitment processes, including attracting new talent, screening CVs, and conducting initial conversations with prospective candidates.
  • Work with site-level hiring managers on onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
  • Act as a point of contact with the wider team and point of reference for any internal queries.
  • Ensure all Rights to Work for new employees are set up.
  • Support the implementation of training and development programs.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a HR role.
  • Experience working with recruitment.
  • Worked in a fast-growth startup.
  • Very strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hospitality/restaurant/food & beverage industry experience.
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CIPD/SHRM/HRCI qualified.
What We Offer
