Interim HR Business Partner - A generalist role in a luxury retail environment.
This position involves supporting multiple stores in a generalist HR capacity, managing employee relations, performance management, talent development, and learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have CIPD qualifications, experience as an HR Business Partner in a luxury retail environment, and the ability to operate as a true generalist without the need for COEs.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the HR Director and wider HR team.
Requirements:
