Job Summary

Norfolk Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our team. As a Team Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the provision of a safe, cost-effective, and quality service within the local area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to deliver excellent service to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs.
  • Represent Norfolk Care in a positive way through interactions with external partners, including purchasers, families, and communities.
  • Ensure the rights of individuals are upheld and promoted at all times, in accordance with our values.
  • Maintain accurate records of individuals supported, in line with policy and procedure.
  • Organize staff resources effectively to deliver exceptional service.
  • Carry out quality assurance reviews and participate in pre-commencement assessments.
  • Support staff development, coaching, and mentoring to provide a high-quality service.
  • Ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in providing care.
  • Valid driving license.
  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care.
