Train to be a Field Service Engineer with Hotpoint

Hotpoint, a leading household appliance brand, is offering a unique opportunity to train and qualify as a Trainee Field Service Engineer. This role is perfect for individuals with an interest in electronics, mechanics, or engineering, who enjoy being on the road and interacting with customers.

What You'll Do
  • Drive a company van to attend customers' homes and carry out repairs, diagnosis, and testing of domestic appliances.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote products.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, energy, and attention to detail.
  • Right to work in the UK and full manual UK driving license.
  • Electrical background or qualifications highly desirable, some electrical knowledge essential.
What You'll Get

  • Shadowing an experienced engineer in the field to gain hands-on experience.
