**Job Title:** Field Service Engineer

**Hours:** 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**Salary:** £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus company vehicle, fuel card, overtime, and excellent company benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Stevenage. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and installing fire suppression systems on specialist heavy plant vehicles in various environments, including ports, quarries, and recycling sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Servicing and installing fire suppression systems on specialist heavy plant vehicles
  • Working on a field basis, with occasional overnight stays
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality workmanship
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

  • Highly competent in mechanical engineering/mechanics
  • Experience in diesel engines, manifolds, turbochargers, and auto electrical systems would be beneficial
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Full UK driving licence
