Join Our Team as a Trainee Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Field Service Engineer. As a Trainee Field Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading household appliance brand, gaining hands-on experience and training in the repair and maintenance of domestic appliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs, diagnosis, and testing of domestic appliances in a field-based role.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives and targets.
Requirements:
  • Fantastic customer service skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Right to work in the UK and a full manual UK driving license.
  • Electrical background or qualifications highly desirable, some electrical knowledge essential.
