Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping Chetwood's risk management framework and providing essential support to the Treasury and Finance departments. A background in financial risk or treasury functions is essential.

Core Duties:
  • Provide expert advice on prudential risks and treasury operations
  • Conduct thorough assessments of treasury processes and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Improve stress testing methodologies
  • Draft comprehensive risk documentation
  • Oversee regulatory disclosures
  • Compile detailed prudential risk reports
  • Engage in collaborative working groups
  • Guide and mentor junior team members
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in financial risk management
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Strong financial acumen in market and credit risk
  • Proficient in financial modeling techniques
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities
