Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in one of our inspirational SEN Schools in Morpeth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality educational programs for students with SEN.
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support and progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the school and students.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
