Opportunity for a Rheumatology Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Rheumatology Consultant to join our dynamic team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. We are seeking a skilled professional with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to excellence in rheumatology.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical advice and support for ward referrals
  • Lead and develop the rheumatology service to deliver patient-centered care
  • Work collaboratively with specialist nurses, advanced rheumatology practitioners, physiotherapy, OT, and Podiatry teams
  • Contribute to research and teaching opportunities, both undergraduate and postgraduate
About the Role

This is an 8PA post, with 4 Rheumatology clinics per week in an outpatient setting. The post holder will work closely with a team of experienced consultants, specialist nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
