About the Role:

As a Post-Offer Case Manager, you will engage with internal teams such as underwriting, finance, and risk, as well as external parties like solicitors and mortgage brokers, ensuring compliance standards are upheld throughout the mortgage application process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, serving as the primary contact for any inquiries regarding mortgage applications from the offer stage to completion.
  • Effectively communicate with mortgage brokers, providing updates and addressing queries to facilitate a smooth transition from application to offer.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and risk teams to ensure that all mortgage requirements and conditions are met and documented.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Respond to emails promptly to ensure that each case progresses without delay.
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data in the system to reflect the current status of each case.

Key Requirements:
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently to achieve outstanding results.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to contribute effectively as a team member.
  • General knowledge of finance and/or mortgages is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the financial services or conveyancing sectors is preferred.
