Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team at Olympus Management Services LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation in the kitchen, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Create innovative and enticing menus that meet quality standards and align with the company's culinary vision.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure a well-functioning team.
  • Manage inventory and control food costs effectively to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines, with a strong understanding of culinary trends and menu planning.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team, ensuring high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food production and menu planning, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Understanding of culinary trends and a passion for creating exceptional dishes that meet the company's culinary vision.
