Position Overview

The Improvement Service (IS) is a publicly funded organization dedicated to enhancing the health, quality of life, and opportunities for all individuals in Scotland through effective community leadership and robust local governance. With an annual budget of approximately £8 Million, we collaborate with councils and partners to deliver high-quality, efficient local services.

Key Details

Location: Our office operates on a blended model of in-office and remote work, allowing for flexibility tailored to the needs of employees, particularly those in rural areas.

Duration: This position is offered for a period of 12 months and may be available as a secondment.

Working Hours: The standard workweek consists of 36 hours, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours available upon agreement with the Line Manager.

Interview Process: Candidates will undergo a competence-based interview process, with shortlisted individuals notified in advance.
