Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Princes Limited. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the completion of planned, condition-based, and reliability-centered maintenance techniques across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety, Quality, and Hygiene: Undertake duties in a responsible manner, giving due consideration to safety, environmental, and quality procedures, which form part of the Integrated Management System.
  • Asset Care Management and Reliability Engineering: Work with the Asset Care Manager and other members of the Engineering team to action effective plans for the site, utilizing condition-based monitoring techniques and reliability-centered maintenance techniques.
  • Communication: Work closely with support functions, including HR, H&S, Manufacturing, Technical, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure asset care plans for the site are executed as scheduled.
Requirements
  • A time-served apprentice completed within a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong grounding and understanding of advanced Asset Management techniques, such as CBM and RCM.
  • Strong operational grounding within a complex fast-moving manufacturing environment.
  • Manufacturing environments and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Good practical understanding of factory services, including electricity, steam, compressed air, water, etc.

  • Ability to develop good working relationships across other business teams and functions, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
  • Understand the strategic business requirements of the Group Supply strategy and transpose that through the asset care philosophy.
  • Creative problem solver, able to analyze problems and opportunities, and determine the most appropriate course of action.
  • Demonstrate a high level of organization, effectively and efficiently planning and organizing the information and resources needed to deliver world-class asset management across the site.
  • Significant levels of computer literacy, particularly in relation to CMMS and preferably SAP PM.
