Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to manage essential HR administrative functions and processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the National HR Manager in executing strategic HR initiatives and objectives.
- Support the Divisional HR Manager in maintaining compliance with relevant statutory regulations.
- Oversee the Recruitment and Selection processes to attract top talent.
- Facilitate the Performance Appraisal system to evaluate employee performance effectively.
- Manage Training and Development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) matters.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external bodies such as unions and bargaining councils.
- Supervise Payroll Administration to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Administer Employee Benefits and Payroll-related tasks.
- Participate in the Employment Equity (EE) Committee and assist with related requirements.
- Support the BBBEE audit process as necessary.
Additional Support:
Provide assistance to the Divisional HR Manager and General Site Manager with other relevant tasks as needed.
Qualifications- Diploma / NQF level 6 in Human Resource Management - Essential
- Bachelor's Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7 in Human Resource Management - Preferred
