Position Overview

Salesworx is a prominent player in the medical devices sector, recognized for its innovative contributions to renal care solutions. We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist to oversee Salesforce incentives and analytics across the EMEA region. This role is pivotal for individuals with a robust background in managing large sales teams, and while travel is minimal, we prefer candidates based in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational execution of Salesforce Incentives across Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Collaborate with business partners to define and support effective incentive strategies and analytics.
  • Deliver insightful performance reporting and analytics for various levels within the sales organization.
  • Drive the centralization of business analytics, ensuring accurate implementation of end customer data based on distributor information.
  • Coordinate the establishment of sales territories at the cluster level in conjunction with the sales organization.
  • Manage projects at the ECEMEA level to integrate incentives into the existing framework and provide results for global sales awards.
  • Support strategic initiatives across EMEA, focusing on analytics centralization, digitalization, and cost optimization.
  • Actively promote digitalization and play a significant role in fostering a data-driven environment.
  • Engage with the business and collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance optimization and centralization of analytical projects.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Finance, Digital Health, or IT.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or analytics.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous, along with a passion for data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Open to change management and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities combined with technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and MS Office applications.
  • Experience with incentive programs is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial.
  • A valid passport is necessary.
