Salesworx is a prominent player in the medical devices sector, renowned for its innovative contributions to renal care. We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist focused on Salesforce incentives and analytics to support our operations across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the operational computation of Salesforce incentives across Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Collaborate with business partners in the designated regions to establish and refine the incentive strategy and analytics.
- Deliver insightful performance reporting and analytics at various levels within the sales organization.
- Drive the centralization of business analytics, implementing end customer data based on distributor information within the existing reporting framework.
- Facilitate the implementation of sales territories at the cluster level in conjunction with the sales organization.
- Lead projects across the EMEA region to integrate incentives into the current setup and provide results for global sales awards.
- Support strategic initiatives focused on analytics centralization, digitalization, and cost optimization in an agile project environment.
- Actively promote digitalization and play a pivotal role in fostering a data-driven culture.
- Engage with the business to collaborate with a dynamic team, driving optimization and centralization of analytical projects.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Finance, Digital Health, or IT.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or analytics.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous, along with a passion for data analysis and mining.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Open to change management and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and MS Office applications (VBA, Excel, PowerPivot, PowerPoint).
- Experience with incentives is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial.
