Enterprise Architect - User Services / Modern Workplace

La Fosse is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to spearhead technology transformations within the modern workplace sector. This role is pivotal in managing the Corporate IT portfolio, catering to over 25,000 users across various business sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Authority: Act as the primary Design Authority for Modern Workplace services and IT Asset Management.
  • Architectural Guidance: Collaborate closely with IT professionals, including Senior/Solution Architects and Service Leads, to ensure adherence to unified solution architectures.
  • Compliance Assurance: Guarantee compliance with architectural design standards throughout project implementations.
  • Consulting & Support: Provide consulting and technical support during project execution to Solution Architects and Technical Delivery teams.
  • Technology Roadmap: Create and sustain a technology and service roadmap for the Modern Workplace domain, working alongside Business Stakeholders and IT Directors.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate vendor and supplier proposals to ensure quality deliverables that align with Technology and Architecture Roadmaps and meet Enterprise Architecture standards.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and address business risks or risks associated with solution architecture.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Architecture within large, diverse organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Modern Workplace services and IT Asset Management.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven leadership in guiding architectural design standards and overseeing project implementations.
  • Experience in formulating technology and service roadmaps.
  • Skilled in reviewing and managing vendor and supplier proposals.

This position is hybrid, requiring occasional office presence.
