Your Role


As a key member of Ki's Portfolio Management team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, overseeing, and refining processes that enable the profitable management of our portfolio.

Utilizing your strong communication skills, you will provide insights and challenge assumptions to ensure that Ki achieves its underwriting goals, particularly in areas such as line size allocation, selected syndicate management, and overall underwriting performance.


You will support the execution of both immediate and strategic plans for Ki, focusing on portfolio optimization and underwriting profitability. Additionally, you will assist the Head of Portfolio Management in resource management within the team, ensuring that all deadlines are met.


As a collaborative leader, you will promote Ki's core values and culture among team members, championing best practices in Portfolio Underwriting.
