Role Overview:
This dynamic position is designed to create, direct, and execute strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for our product brands across various business lines, including concrete, bulk and packaged cement, asphalt, and recycling, with a focus on digital innovation and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Marketing Campaign Manager, you will leverage your marketing expertise to:

  • Collaborate with commercial, technical, operational, IT, data science, and customer insight teams to uncover new product and market opportunities.
  • Develop, lead, and implement annual marketing strategies, prioritizing a digital-first approach where applicable.
  • Oversee the brand product sections on the Heidelberg Materials UK website, ensuring product pages are optimized for organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Drive the development of sustainable branded value-added products (VAPs) for Heidelberg Materials UK.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial teams within the business line.
  • Manage external creative and design agencies to ensure that marketing plans align with brand standards and deliver value.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies to secure robust trade press coverage in targeted publications.
  • Present marketing strategies and activities to internal stakeholders, including directors, managers, and commercial teams, as well as to key external customers.
  • Ensure the regular creation and management of product line social media content and strategies.

Location: Hybrid working model available.
