Product Marketing Campaign Strategist

This dynamic position is designed to develop, oversee, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our product lines, including concrete, cement (both bulk and packaged), asphalt, and recycling initiatives, with a strong emphasis on digital engagement and sustainability.

Leveraging your expertise in product marketing, you will pinpoint opportunities to effectively communicate the value of our offerings, collaborating closely with various teams across commercial, operational, IT, and technical functions.

You will report directly to a Brand Marketing Manager.

  • Collaborate with commercial, technical, operational, IT, data analytics, and customer insight teams to uncover new product and market prospects.
  • Design, lead, and execute annual marketing strategies, prioritizing a digital-first approach when applicable.
  • Oversee the product sections on the Heidelberg Materials AG website, ensuring that product pages are optimized for organic search and lead generation.
  • Develop and promote Heidelberg Materials AG's sustainable value-added products (VAPs).
  • Provide guidance to the commercial teams within the business line in this domain.
  • Manage the annual budget to guarantee that campaigns are executed efficiently and contribute positively to the business.
  • Coordinate with external creative and design agencies to ensure that marketing plans align with brand standards and deliver value.
  • Engage with PR agencies to secure robust coverage in targeted trade publications.
  • Present marketing strategies and activities to internal stakeholders, including directors, managers, and commercial teams, as well as to key external clients.
  • Ensure the regular creation and management of product line social media content and strategies.
  • Organize and execute customer engagement events.

What We Offer

Salary Range: £35,000 - £40,000

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Working Hours: 40 hours per week
