Luxury Retirement Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in turning retirees' aspirations into reality. On-site amenities include swimming pools, fitness centers, yoga classes, and more.

The Role:

As a Luxury Retirement Sales Advisor, you will have the chance to:

  • Work from their location in Stanmore
  • Establish Connections: Engage with retirees and their families, understanding their individual needs and wishes.
  • Showcase Elegance: Present our exclusive residences in an engaging and persuasive manner.
  • Guide the Experience: Support clients throughout the sales journey, from initial inquiries to finalizing the agreement.
  • Advance Professionally: Take advantage of continuous training and development opportunities to thrive in your career.

Experience Required for the Luxury Retirement Sales Advisor

  • No prior experience necessary
  • You should be an exceptionally empathetic individual with outstanding emotional intelligence.
  • Located in Stanmore, you will be present on-site daily.
  • Excellent communication skills and patience are essential, as you will be interacting with elderly clients, who may occasionally face communication challenges.
  • While the role emphasizes customer service, you should naturally be sales-oriented and target-driven, as there will be performance goals.

Compensation

The successful Luxury Retirement Sales Advisor will receive a base salary of £45,000, with a realistic on-target earnings potential of £65,000.
