About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Sales Consultant to join our team at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment. As a Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a unique business that specializes in crafting luxury retirement communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with retirees and their families, understanding their unique needs and desires.
- Present our exclusive homes in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Guide clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to closing the deal.
- Grow professionally through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- No direct experience is necessary, but you will be an extremely empathetic person who possesses excellent emotional intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills and patience are essential, as you will be working with the elderly and occasionally dealing with communication issues.
- You will be target-driven, as there will be sales targets to meet.
What We Offer:
A basic salary of £45,000 with a realistic OTE of £65,000, as well as multiple other benefits that will be discussed at interview stage.
